Provisional WOC Committee
Provisional WOC Committee actively monitors the Provisional Host’s progress in meeting all goals and deadlines set for the Provisional Host in the Conference Guide and Timeline Checklist. This Committee is chaired by the President-Elect and the remaining Trustees make up this Committee.
WOC Committee
This committee actively monitors a Host’s progress toward hosting a successful WOC. Each Host is selected upon the recommendation from the Site Selection Committee and Provisional WOC Committee stating that the host has met all the goals and deadlines established during the Provisional Host period. This Committee is chaired by the President and the remaining Trustees make up this Committee.
